  27. Found a BIG bug that trashed the screens' colormap structures, which hold more
  28. than just colours:

  31. *  Fixed most pointer problems (the colour change is unavoidable).

  37. These days, the prerequisite for a good-looking Workbench is a high resolution,
  38. 1:1 screen.  But what about all the A1200 owners out there who, like me, can't
  39. afford a monitor?  Do we just sit and stare at a chunky blue and grey screen?  I
  40. don't think so.

  42. So MagicTV was born to bring the beauty of MagicWorkbench and MagicUserInterface
  43. to the TV-owning masses.  Hence the name.  Also, it can be shortened to MTV,
  44. which can only be a good thing.  Right?

  47. INSTALLATION

  49. *  Select a hires, interlaced, screenmode with up to 16 colours.
  50. *  Double-click on the MagicTV icon.
  51. *  Run the Prefs program if you use 16 colours.
  52. *  Drag MagicTV to your WBStartup drawer.

  55. LIMITATIONS
  56.  
  57. *  MagicTV won't work with more than 16 colours (for now).
  58. *  It only works under the AGA chipset.
  59. *  Changes pointer colours (unavoidable).
  60. *  Reacts badly for a second to palette changes (unavoidable).
  61. *  Uses more CPU time than it needs.
  62. *  Problems reported with '060 cards.
